Under the Consumer Leasing Act, as implemented by Federal Reserve Board Regulation M, a vehicle lessor must provide you, the consumer, with certain information ("Federal Consumer Leasing Act Disclosures"). Some of the information (called "segregated disclosures") must appear on a form like the sample leasing form, page 1. Other information that you must be given (the "nonsegregated disclosures" shown on the sample leasing form, page 2) will not necessarily appear on a form or in one place in your lease. More Info
