Historical Data: Data Format

Each series begins with a description line followed by a number of data lines.

• Description line: series description in double quotes
• Data line:
  • Column 1-16 : series code in double quotes, padded with blanks
  • Column 17-20 : year, in YYYY format
  • Column 21-25 : blank spaces
  • Column 26 : 12 months of data begin, 10 positions per month including decimal and 4 decimal places.
