For FFIEC 041 reporters with total assets less than $300 million, level is constructed as schedule RC - Balance Sheet, Cash and Balances Due from Depository Institutions (sum of series RCON0081 and RCON0071). Unadjusted flow is the change in the level; seasonally adjusted flow is obtained using X-12-ARIMA procedure.
