Level from FR Board, Capital Markets Section, Commercial Paper statistical release, table Commercial Paper Outstanding: Level and Changes, Not Seasonally Adjusted Data. Series is calculated as the sum of the month-end outstandings from the Financial, Domestic column and those from the Asset-backed column multiplied by the ratio of the Domestic Financial to the Total Financial. Series is compiled by FR Board from data obtained from DTCC. Unadjusted flow is the change in the level; seasonally adjusted flow is obtained using X-12-ARIMA procedure.
