The Federal Reserve Board today published proposed revisions to its Regulation C, which implements the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). The Board voted to request comments on the proposed revisions at its meeting on November 29, 2000. Comment is requested by March 9, 2001. The Board's notice is attached. Attachment (168 KB PDF)
