The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among MSB Shares, Inc., the MidSouth Bank, both of Jonesboro, Arkansas, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and the Arkansas State Bank Department. A copy of the Written Agreement is attached. |
