The Federal Reserve Board today announced its approval of the application by National Commerce Bancorporation, Memphis, Tennessee, to merge with CCB Financial Corporation, and thereby acquire Central Carolina Bank and Trust Company ("CCB Bank"), both of Durham, North Carolina. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action.
