The Federal Reserve Board today announced its approval of the application of Wells Fargo & Company, San Francisco, California, to acquire National Bancorp of Alaska and its subsidiary bank, National Bank of Alaska, both of Anchorage, Alaska. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action.
