The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among the Consolidated Bank and Trust Company, Richmond, Virginia; the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond; and the Bureau of Financial Institutions of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
