The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among CSB Bancorp, Inc., Millersburg, Ohio; The Commercial and Savings Bank of Millersburg, Millersburg, Ohio; the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland; and the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions.
