The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of an Amendment to the Written Agreement by and among the New Century Bank, Shelby Township, Michigan, the State of Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Services, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
A copy of the Amendment to the Written Agreement is attached.
