The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among First American Bancorp, Inc., Stonewall, Oklahoma, the First American Bank, Stonewall, Oklahoma, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and the Oklahoma State Banking Department.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
