The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the notice filed pursuant to section 4 of the Bank Holding Company Act by The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, RBSG International Holdings Ltd., all in Edinburgh, Scotland, and Citizens Financial Group, Inc., Providence, Rhode Island, to acquire all the voting shares of Thistle Group Holdings, Co. and thereby indirectly acquire all the voting shares of Roxborough-Manayunk Bank, both in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action. |
