Federal Dental and Vision Plans
The Federal government offers dental and vision plans through FEDVIP to help you pay all or some of the cost of dental or vision expenses. The FEDVIP plans are a voluntary benefit, which means you are responsible for the entire premium. Coverage is available for yourself and certain family members. For details regarding all of the options available under FEDVIP, logon to www.opm.gov. To enroll in the FEDVIP plans logon to www.BENEFEDS.com.
Note: FEDVIP plans may be taken into retirement without meeting any time eligibility requirements. The Board-sponsored dental and vision plans may not be taken into retirement.
