Job Placement

The Federal Reserve Board ensures equal opportunity for all persons without regard to race, religion, color, age, national origin, disability, or sex. The Board's affirmative action program covers all aspects of human resources policies, including hiring, compensation, internal transfers, training, promotions, and other conditions of employment.

A staff of professional recruiters in the Management Division works with each division to review every position vacancy and applicant. Applicants must meet eligibility and minimum job requirements in order to be invited to interview for a job vacancy.

After six months of employment, you may apply for internal vacancies at the Board. See the section on Internal Vacancies for information on vacancy postings and application procedures.
