Capital Markets

The Capital Markets section analyzes current policy issues and conducts research relating to the markets for corporate and municipal bonds, commercial paper, and public and private equity. The section is responsible for studying all aspects of corporate finance, including the outlook for profits and credit quality, the financing of small businesses, and the effects of financial market disturbances on business spending.
