The Federal Reserve Board today announced the issuance of an Order of Prohibition against Vinay B. Malhotra, a former vice president and officer of The Chicago Branch of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd., Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Malhotra, without admitting to any allegations, consented to the issuance of the Order due to his alleged breach of fiduciary duties and misapplication of bank funds for his personal benefit. A copy of the Order is attached. |
