The Federal Reserve Board today announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among Independent Southern Bancshares, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Trust, Brownsville, Tennessee; Independent Southern Bancshares, Inc., Brownsville, Tennessee; and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
