Through 2008:Q2, stocks outstanding from quarterly Report of Assets and Liabilities of U.S. Branches and Agencies of Foreign Banks (form FFIEC 002), schedule RAL - Assets and Liabilities, Customers' liability to this branch or agency on acceptances outstanding, sum of U.S. addressees (domicile) (series RCFD2156) and Non-U.S. addressees (domicile) (RCFD2157); and from the Consolidated Report of Condition and Income for Edge and Agreement Corporations (form FR 2886b), schedule RC - Balance Sheet, Customers' liability on acceptances outstanding (RCFD2155). Transactions are calculated as the change in the stocks outstanding. Seasonally adjusted transactions are obtained using X-13-ARIMA procedure through 2007:Q4.
