Level and unadjusted transactions calculated by FOF Section as the portion of the rest of the worlds' holdings of agency- and GSE backed securities (FOF series FL263061705) and municipal securities (FOF series FL263063003) that are issued by the general government. Also includes holdings of Treasury securities (FOF series FL263061105). Estimate is based on the rest of the worlds' proportional share of the sum of budget agency security issuance (FOF series FL313161705) and state and local governments' issuance of municipal securities (FOF series FL213162005), after taking into account other known from-whom-to-whom relationships.
