Revaluations and other changes in volume are assigned judgmentally from the change in stocks outstanding less the unadjusted transactions. Year-end values for these components are based on IIP table 1.3. Seasonally adjusted transactions are obtained using X-13-ARIMA procedure through 2019:Q4; data for more recent periods show no significant seasonality.
