Level collected from public financial filings from several Central Clearing parties, including the National Securities Clearing Corporation, Fixed Income Clearing Corporation, The Depository Trust Company, Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc., ICE Clear Credit and The Options Clearing Corporation. Total commercial paper liabilities reported on the balance sheet of quarterly audited financial statements. Transactions are calculated as the change in level. Data for the most recent ten years show no significant seasonality.
