Annual transactions and year-end level do not correspond to those shown in SCB September issues, Table 15: U.S. Direct Investment Abroad: Selected Items by Detailed Industry of Foreign Affiliate because Financial Accounts data is classified by industry of U.S. parent, not foreign affiliate. Seasonally adjusted transactions are obtained using X-13-ARIMA procedure.
