For FFIEC 031 reporters, series is from schedule RC-H - Selected Balance Sheet Items for Domestic Offices, Other borrowed money (series RCON3190); for FFIEC 041 and FFIEC 051 reporters, series is from schedule RC - Balance Sheet, Other borrowed money (series RCON3190). Unadjusted transactions are the change in the level; seasonally adjusted transactions are obtained using X-13-ARIMA procedure.
