Before 2005, biennial level estimated by FOF section based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau's American Housing Survey on the total value of mobile homes. Quarterly levels between benchmarks are estimated based on a regression of historical mobile home values and data purchased from FACL on single family attached and detached house prices. After 2005, levels based on prior levels and growth estimated through the NSA ZHVI price index (FL075035263). Series has no transactions component.
