Data Description:

Includes gross amount of all slow loans for single family. Where applicable, include with unpaid principal amounts any accrued interest receivable and amounts advanced for payment of borrowers' taxes and insurance. Interest and advances carried separate from principal on the institution's books should also be included here. Any deferred premiums being carried on the books attributable to assets reported in this section should be included as part of the gross amount.
