Includes the unpaid balance of all "adjustable rate mortgages" made pursuant to Section 545.6-4a of the rules and regulations of the Federal Savings and Loan System, as amended April 30, 1981; all graduated payment conventional mortgage secured by 1-to-4 family homes with full amortization without final balloon payment and a fixed interest rate and a provision for changes in the monthly payments. The loans reported here will also have been reported in "Loans on Single Family, Conventional (1444)" or "Loans on 2-4 Dwelling Units, Conventional (1446)".
