Data Description:
Includes all loans to non-U.S. addressees that cannot be classified in any other loan items elsewhere. Includes such loans as: loans secured primarily by real estate; loans to organizations not operated for profit that are domiciled outside the United States; loans for purchasing and carrying foreign securities; loans to other financial institutions (other than to other IBFs and to banks in foreign countries); loans to finance agricultural production; loans to individuals domiciled outside the United States, for foreign investment purpose; loans to individuals domiciled outside the U.S., for household, family and other personal expenditures; loans of immediately available funds with one day maturity to non-U.S. addressees (federal funds sold); and securities purchased under agreements to resell (security RS). Excludes loans (including federal funds sold and security RS) to other IBFs.
