Includes the maximum amount of recourse obligations (i.e., maximum contractual loss exposure from the retention or assumption of credit risk) on off-balance-sheet assets reported in item no. 2129. The amounts reported in items 2131 and 2139 represent the extent of the recourse exposure, as opposed to the amount of the principal of the assets reported in item 2129.
