Data Description:

Includes the total outstanding balance of high-ratio nonresidential construction loans excluding balances of high-ratio nonresidential construction loans made after June 30, 1986 but on or before February 27, 1987.

A high-ratio loan is with a loan-to-value ratio (as defined in FHLBB Reg. 563.9-8(b)(9) greater than 80 percent. Nonresidential construction loans are defined in FHLBB Reg.561.19.

The amount reported on this line will be used to determine the reporting institution's concentration-of-assets ratio for equity risk investments, of which high-ratio nonresidential construction loans are a component.
