Data Description:
Includes the total outstanding balance of high-ratio land loans excluding balances of high-ratio land loans made after June 10, 1986 but on or before February 27, 1987.
A high-ratio loan is one with a loan-to-value ratio (as defined in FHLBB Reg. 563.9-8(b)(9) greater than 80 percent. Land loans are defined in FHLBB Reg. 561.18.
The amount reported on this line will be used to determine the reporting institution's concentration-of-assets ratio for equity risk investments, of which high-ratio land loans are a component.
