Includes all personal obligations that mature in 7 days or more but less than 1 1/2 years, including funds in which the entire beneficial interest is held by a depositor who is a natural person. Also includes an obligation that is issued before October 1, 1980 to and held by a natural person, regardless of its transferability; and an obligation that is issued on or after October 1, 1980, to or held by a natural person and that contains a statement on its face that it is not transferable.
COMPARABILITY:
Prior to 10/6/83, maturity is 14 days or more but less than 2 1/2 years.
Prior to 3/31/83, maturity is 14 days or more but less than 3 1/2 years.
Prior to 5/5/82, maturity is 14 days or more but less than 4 years.
