Data Description:
Includes all liabilities not reported elsewhere or netted against assets. Also includes dealer reserves, all tax accruals, short-term certificates of thrift or investment and deposit liabilities (other than those not withdrawable during term of loan) and all other liabilities. Excludes liabilities of consolidated companies to nonconsolidated subsidiary and affiliated companies. Such liabilities should be netted against assets in "All Other Assets (2067)". Also excludes borrower repayment deposits accumulated but not credited against indebtedness until repayment is made in full. Such deposits should be netted against appropriate receivables.
