Data Description:
Includes all ordinary or recurring operating income earned during the period that is not reported in other items in the operating income category. Includes miscellaneous fees and charges such as those earned from the sale of money orders or traveler's checks, redemption of savings bonds, servicing of utility bills, rental of safe deposit facilities, and administration of trust accounts. Includes dividends earned on FHLBank and FNMA stock held and dividends on secondary reserves (prepaid premiums to the FSLIC). Includes interest income from income tax refunds. Includes any net income from data processing equipment or services offered to others. Any loss from data processing equipment or services offered to others is not reported in this item, but in "Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment and Automobile Expense (4221)".
Excludes any income earned from operation of office quarters or former office quarters, which is reported in "Net Income (Loss) from Office Building Operations (4043)" or real estate held for development or investment, which is reported in "Net Income (Loss) from Real Estate Held for Investment (4286)", or any profit or loss resulting from the sale of real estate which is reported in items (4293), (4294), and (4296) and items (4122), (4297), and (4298).
