Includes profit (including premiums and discounts) earned during the period as a result of the sale of asset of the type reported in the mortgage loans and contracts and nonmortgage loans categories of "assets" or of the sale of participating interests in such assets. This item does not include losses; which are reported in "Losses on Sale of Loans (4348)". Includes reductions in provisions for losses, loan valuation allowances and specific reserves (not resulting from a sale) that are offset by decreases in loan valuation allowances and specific reserves, reported in "Specific Reserves and Valuation Allowances (1566) and (1574)".
