Data Description:

Includes all fully amortizing mortgage loans and participations in fully amortizing mortgage loans with an original maturity of at least 25 years (except those with a bi-weekly payment feature, which should be reported with 15-year mortgages). Also includes outstanding coupon balances less than 5 percent.

NOTE:

Beginning 3/31/03, due to falling interest rates, the coupon rate has been lowered by 2 percent.
