Data Description:

Includes all fully amortizing loans with an original maturity of less than 25 years, participations in such loans, and mortgage securities backed by such loans. (Also includes bi-weekly payment mortgages having original maturity of 25 years or more). Also includes the outstanding principal coupon balances of such mortgage loans and participation less than 5 percent.

NOTE:

Beginning 3/31/03, due to falling interest rates, the coupon rate has been lowered by 2 percent.
