Data Description:

Includes the outstanding balance of high-ratio nonresidential construction loans reported in item 0133. Do not deduct loans in process, valuation allowances, or partial write-offs.

A high-ratio loan is one with a loan-to-value ratio as defined in OTS Regulation 563.98(b)(9) greater than 80 percent. Nonresidential construction loans are defined in OTS Regulation 561.30.

Excludes repossessed real estate.
