Data Description:

Includes the outstanding balances of mortgage loans of the types reported in items 0131, 0109, 0133, 2687, 2689, in items 0113, 0136, 1534, 3598, 3599, minus item 3067 that have fixed rates and are secured by 1-4 dwelling units residential property. Also includes graduated payment mortgages (GPM) and loans with "bought-down" interest rates. These loans are reported in the maturity/repricing column corresponding to the time from the reporting date to the contractual maturity date. Pass-through securities backed by fixed-rate mortgages on 1-4 dwelling units are included.

Any balloon payment fixed-rate loans on 1-4 dwelling units should be reported in the maturity/repricing column corresponding to the date when the balloon payment is due.
