A one-digit code indicating whether the reporting institution only have a finance subsidiary, unconsolidated service corporations, subsidiaries, or joint ventures and only files Schedule CSS.
0 = No
1 = Yes
Any reporting thrift whose one-digit code is "1" on SQ-250 and "0" on SQ-260 must file Schedules CSC, CSO, CSI, and CSS.
Any reporting thrift whose one-digit code is "1" on SQ-250 and "1" on SQ-260 must file Schedule CSS, but is not required to file Schedule CSC, CSO, and CSI.
Any reporting thrift whose one-digit code is "0" on SQ-250 is not required to file Schedules CSC, CSO, CSI, and CSS.
