Data Description:
Includes the stated interest rate per annum (nominal rate before compounding of interest) on accounts subject to the following limitations if issued:
(1) The institution reserves the right to require at least seven days notice prior to withdrawal/transfer of any funds in such accounts;
(2) The institution may not obligate to pay any fixed or indexed rate for a period longer than one month; and
(3) The institution limits to six the number of transfers (including telephone transfers) with no more than three transfers in the form of drafts per month.
Also includes all such accounts satisfying the minimum criteria specified in the regulations, including those on which additional restrictions/requirements (e.g., minimum balance requirement) may have been placed by your institution.
