Data Description:

Includes the adjustable-rate second mortgages tied to the index reported in item 8154, report the coupon reset frequency in months. For loans with payments and accrual rates that reset with different frequencies, report the accrual rate reset frequency. If loans tied to the index reported in item 8154 reset with varying frequencies, calculate a weighted average frequency.
