Data Description:

For series "TCCB" through "TCCK": The title is "Annual Percentage Rate (APR)". These series include the periodic rate, expressed as annual rate, that is used to compute finance charges for purchases. If the credit card has a variable rate, the rate in effect as of the report date is reported in this item and items 8888, 8889, and 8890 are reported as applicable. If only one APR applies to the entire outstanding balance, regardless of the size of the balance, this item is to be reported only and items 8877, 8878, 8879, 8880, 8881, 8882, 8883, 8884, 8885, 8887, and 8888 are not reported. If the credit card plan has tiered rates (that is, if different APRs apply to different levels of outstanding balance), the APR for the first tier (the lowest balance tier) in this tier is reported and the corresponding balance range is reported in items 8877 and 8878, showing dollars and cents. If there is no third tier item 8881, is not reported. All rates are reported as percentages rounded to two decimal places (i.e., 10 percent is reported as 10.00, 10-1/2 percent as 10.50, and 10-7/8 as 10.88). For series "EDDS" and "QEDS": The title is "Reservable Liabilities Nontransaction Accounts." This item is derived from the FR 2900 as: 6918 + 6919. Note that item 8876 does not include net Eurocurrency liabilities (which are also part of reservable liabilities nontransaction accounts); the components of net Eurocurrency liabilities are reported on the FR 2950/2951 (see RCET). Effective 10/24/2011, the FR 2572 information collection was transferred to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), removing it from the Board's OMB inventory and adding it to the CFPB's under control number 3170-0001
