The type of foreign ownership of a U.S. chartered entity, some of whose outstanding shares are owned (directly or through a domestic bank holding company) by:

0 = Not applicable

1 = One or more individuals who reside outside the United States

4 = A foreign, privately-controlled bank, which may own a bank, bank holding
company, Edge corporation, or agreement corporation

6 = A foreign, privately-controlled company that is not itself a bank
