For the first relationship in an upward tier, the following checks are made:
Attributes Table BHC_IND = 1 or FBO_4C9_IND = 1, 2, or 3.
Relationships Table RELN_LVL = 1, REG_IND = 1, CTRL_IND = 1, EQUITY_IND = 1
If the relationship does not meet the above requirements, this item is set to zero.
The direct relationship with the largest PCT_EQUITY that meets the above requirements will be used to set the following item:
REG_DH_1_ID_BHC = Parent ID_BHC_TYPE
If the tier level and the percentage are equal, then the earliest DT_RELN_EST will be the deciding factor in deriving this field.
