Data Description:

Report increases during the quarter in item no. 3240, that came from stockholders but that did not result from the issuing of stock.

Also include as a negative amount property distributions to stockholders. Record the transfer of dividends other than cash as the fair value of the asset on the declarataion date of the dividend. Recognize a gain or loss on the transferred asset in the same manner as if you disposed of the property in an outright sale at or near the declaration date.
