Data Description:

Report your average interest-earning deposits and escrows for the quarter based on the calculation in the Average Balance Sheet Data (Based on Month-End Data) on the TFR Instructions using interest-earning deposits included in items 2339 and 2071. If you offer deposit products on which you periodically adjust the interest rate, and the interest rate has been reduced to zero as a result of market conditions, you should continue to report such deposits as interest-bearing accounts in these averages.
