Report the acquisition cost of the direct and indirect nonfinancial equity investments of all Edge or agreement corporations that are not owned or controlled by the BHC through a depository institution. Edge corporations are formed under Section 25A of the Federal Reserve Act and agreement corporations are formed under Section 25 of the Federal Reserve Act.
