Data Description:

If coded with minus of a year number (i.e. -1995) indicates an office that is clearly an error. If coded -1 this is an office in which reported deposits were "0" with positive deposits the previous year and not reported the following year. Probably an error. If code with a positive year (i.e. 1995) then an imputed office.
