As of 12/31/2020, for purposes of the FR Y-12, report all other unrealized holding gains (losses) on equity securities, and carrying value, respectively, of the direct and indirect nonfinancial equity investments of the consolidated holding company in companies domiciled outside the 50 States of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories and possessions. The sum of memorandum item 1 and memorandum item 2, columns A, B, C, and D, should equal Schedule A, item 4, columns A, B, C, and D.
